At SmartEdge LLC, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. Because our eBooks are delivered instantly as digital downloads, our refund policy is specific to protect both our customers and our business.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the eligible conditions listed below.
1. Eligible Refund Circumstances
You are eligible for a full refund if any of the following apply:
- ✓ The eBook was not delivered to your email after a confirmed payment
- ✓ The downloaded file is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible despite following our download instructions
- ✓ The content of the eBook materially differs from its published description
2. Non-Eligible Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- ✗ Change of mind after the purchase is completed
- ✗ Errors made by the customer during download (e.g., saving to wrong folder)
- ✗ Failure to read the product description before purchase
- ✗ Unauthorized distribution or sharing of the purchased file
- ✗ Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- Email us at support@smartedge.shop within 14 days of your purchase
- Include your Order ID (from your confirmation email)
- Briefly describe the issue and attach any relevant proof (e.g., screenshot of the error)
Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days and respond to your email.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe): 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement
- PayPal: Usually within 3–5 business days
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund on their end.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges between different editions. If you wish to upgrade from the Standard Edition to the Premium Edition, you may purchase the Premium Edition separately and request a partial refund credit — contact us to discuss.
